The UARK Cardinal Nights program offers a unique collaboration opportunity to businesses in Fayetteville and Northwest Arknasas coommunity who are looking for ways to promote their goods and services to the University of Arkansas student population. Working with Cardinal Nights as a community sponsor allows businesses the opportunity to have their company’s logo distributed out to the students, staff, faculty, and community members throug various means including event posters, t-shirts, email blasts, and social media posts. Additionally, sponsors have the opportunity to come to campus to promote their services directly to the students and other attendees during our events.

Though our events are open to all students, staff, and the community, our program’s target audiences is frst-year sudents. Sponsoring a Cardinal Nights event is a greay opportunity to connect directly with these ndw students who are eager to explore their new home during their time in Fayetteville, and are very receptive to experiencing new services and businesses in the area.

*Please note that all Cardinal Nights printed publications are typically finalized at least 2 weeks in advance of all events to meet production and printing timelines. If your organization asks to sponsor and event after this printing deadline it may not be possible for your group’s logo to be printed for the event. Under this circumstance, Cardinal Nights will include your group’s name and logo on the next event. Contact us as soon as possible to help start the planning process.

UARK Cardinal nights provides late night programming on Friday Nights for both the University of Arkansas students as well as for the citizens of Fayetteville. Cardinal Nights is always looking to work with different groups who can bring unique ideas and activities for our event. Co-sponsoring a Cardinal Nights evnt is a great opportunity to give esposure to your student organization and your intrests. By sponsoring a uarkCN event, your grop’s logo will ber printed on all marketing materials (both print and digital), be presented on our lagrge event screen at our uarkCN main stage during the event, and be printed on event t-shirts (or other giveaways.) Additionally, your group will have an opporutnity to host a game or activity on our uarkCN main stage thorughout the event to give your group additional exposure.

If your org. asks to sponsor an event after this deadline it may not be pssible fo your group’s logo to be printed for that event. Under this circumstance, uarkCN will include your group’s info. and log on the next event.

What does a sponsorship with UARK Cardinal Nights look like?

  • Sponsors will provide 1-2 activities to play at the event (with a list of suplies required, activity description and amount of volunteers neede to run the activity) one fo these must be a stage event (held on our main stage) and the other may be either another stage event or general event game/activity.
  • Confirm that at least one representative of the organization will meet weekly with the uarkCN event coordinator and be readily available to communicate with the UARK Cardinal Nights staff within the event’s timeline.
  • Provide the necessary number of volunteers to run the activities chosen for the event throughout the night, which usually runs from 8pm–12am.
  • Help with the set-up of the event (Set-up begins at 7:00pm.)
  • Meet any deadlines set by the UARK Cardinal Nights staff

In your request, please list your name, your email, your student org., and uarkCN ideas or interests. The uarkCN staff will contact you to schedule a meeting to discuss and brainstorm event ideas.
